Property AM has been formed by Derek Heathwood, Grant Scrimgeour and Joe Havery, experienced chartered surveyors with over 40 successful years combined experience in the proactive asset management of multi-let commercial properties throughout the UK.

Derek, Grant and Joe, all previously worked at multi let property specialist Ashtenne Holdings plc, and held senior positions in the Company. Derek was on the Management Board, with responsibility for the regional offices, property portfolios and people.

Together they have developed a number of innovative techniques to market difficult property in a difficult market place.

Property AM have recognised there is a real gap in the market for a focused asset manager to deliver results in a difficult property world. Our service is hands on and every property will be treated with the same sense of urgency as if it was our own. We won’t just stick up a ‘To Let’ board and wait for the phone to ring.

We are not simply letting agents, and on most instructions work with appointed agents to implement our asset management plans.
